Painting, sculpture, photography and video, graphic design, visual communication design, printing throughout TurkeyThe selection of the BASE exhibition, which brings together the works of new graduates from the arts, glass and ceramics, and textile departments under the same roof, will be held for the fifth time this year with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
In the BASE exhibition, which received 1179 applications from 74 fine arts faculties in 42 cities of Turkey,The works of our graduate student M. Rıfkı Ünal will be included in this year's selection. The exhibition will meet with art lovers at Tophane-i Amire Culture and Art Center in Istanbul between September 29 and October 3, 2021.
Aiming to bring new graduate artist candidates together with the public, the art sector, the creative industries and the media, BASE aims to support them in their transition from graduation to professional art life and to give momentum and direction to their careers. Base, which will shed light on the next generation of artists in Turkey, also has the mission of helping galleries, collectors, art lovers and creative industries discover young talents.
